I had an amazing stay at this hotel, with breathtaking views from my comfortable room and helpful staff assisting me with transportation and parking. The location was perfect, providing easy access to the beach and excellent breakfast options. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with a beautiful garden and live music that added to the relaxing ambiance.

We came to Porto Seguro for family vacation, no reason to complain for this hotel. Rooms are very clean

the service was exceptional with attentive staff always ready to help. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel offered many activities, including a cinema, a gym, and a massage parlor, which were perfect for relaxation.

I was surpringly amazed by the quality of the staff. They all seemed so genuine in their way to inform, serve and talk to the guests. If you speak portuguese you´ll probably make a friend in Bahia.

If you are a pedriatrician on holiday/vaccation trying to fly away from kids this is definitely not the place. Newborns, toddlers and children take over the resort from dawn do dusk, even at night you can hear a distant scream from a toddler... but it´s ok, it is not a issue to be solved, since there is a whole structure to host all kinds of families.

Ideal for families and outdoor activities. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Some facilities (like gym) need some refurbishment and renovation. There are definitely big problems with sewage.

Beautiful beach and amazing breakfast with fresh fruits and delicious cakes. the location is great, with easy access to nearby attractions. the nightly shows were entertaining.

The hotel staff was rude and unresponsive. Our requests for help were ignored, and the cleaning service did not do a particularly good job.

the amenities were top-notch, especially the spa and wellness center. the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after a long day. Beach access was a big plus, and the sun loungers and beach umbrellas were always available. Live entertainment was exceptional, and the restaurant served delicious dinners and special diet menus. In-room breakfast and private facilities were exclusive and convenient. the location advantages were outstanding, with a beautiful garden area and leisure/TV room. Service was excellent, always attentive to my needs.

The only minor issue was the lack of sun loungers by the swimming pool during peak hours. Sometimes, it was difficult to find a spot to relax by the pool.

The WiFi connection was poor and almost inaccessible, which was quite frustrating. the limited number of staff members serving at the pool area caused some delays with food orders, resulting in a longer waiting time.
